Before I could help others unlock their potential, I had to find my own way back to myself.

I built a life believing I needed to survive in order to reach the next level of success. From the outside, it looked complete. Yet beneath it all lived a quiet, persistent knowing: there was more to who I was, and more to what I was here to do.

My journey began long before my career. Profound trauma and abuse shaped much of my early life, and for years I moved through the world surviving rather than truly living, believing I had to stay strong no matter what I felt inside.

That strength became the doorway to my healing. But first, I had to learn that my deepest power was never in holding everything together. It was in allowing myself to feel, soften, receive and remember.

My transformation did not arrive as one dramatic revelation. It unfolded as a courageous return to myself. Through deep inner work, profound loss, extraordinary teachers, energy work and sacred ceremony, I released the identities I had built for survival.

And I remembered who I was before the world told me who to be.

Throughout my career, I was always drawn to seeing the potential in others and creating spaces where they could grow. Over time, that calling wove itself into everything I touched, until the work itself became my path.

Today, I hold space for women ready to awaken the divine power that has always lived within them.
